At Western University, each food service venue offers distinct menu options and operating hours. Food service is delivered at residence dining, great hall catering, in vending services, and at stadium concessions, conferences and events.

Food Safety Compliance

With over 20,000 people served daily, Western University Food and Safety requires all refrigerated food to be kept at 4° or colder. Fresh shellfish and lobster is stored at 7°C, frozen foods -18°C, and ice cream at -10°C. Management can monitor and access centralized temperature data, individual food venue rankings and performance reports by location.
