The ideal applicant would be interested in joining our successful and fast-paced team by working closely team members and the company’s clients to ensure constant, clear and concise communication; acting as the primary point of contact with the power of offering personalized service to existing, new and potential clients. There will be a large range of duties that carry over, or differ on a daily basis, from clerical tasks, to providing support to and managing of the company’s clients. Must have a passion for people, pay exceptional attention to detail and have a positive persona. Communicate clear and concise with co-workers, clients and contacts as well as assist with sales support, marketing campaigns and initiatives.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform wide a range of duties, from clerical tasks, to the support and management of clients
- Service the administration and operational demands for company and clients
- Work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and constant communication to result in a great client experience; including managing client complaints and inquiries
- Develop procedures, establish standards and track shipments, also work with logistics and sales
- Complete all coordinating for the company
- Scheduling of client meetings, taking meeting minutes, assist with seminars and other events
- Follow up on prospects, leads and referrals, respond to phone calls and email inquires
- Document and update of clients records, oversee administrative tasks
- High level of professionalism, ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication, possess basic computer skills
- Apply good judgment in problem solving and prioritizing and carrying out tasks
- Ability to multitask, facilitate and resolve client service inquires and issues
- Apply working knowledge of operations/client services processes
- Provide administrative support and efficient service, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Provide administrative support, willing to apply yourself to know the company from the ground up
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-Secondary/Office Administration Diploma
- 2+ years of office experience, or in similar role
- Strong customer service, conflict resolution and creative thinking skills
- Ability to be highly organized and pay great attention to detail while working under pressure
- Must be able to identify problems and take action immediately
- Ability to be authoritative, to keep others on task/time and approachable at all times
- Self motivated, have initiative and strive for excellence
- Comfortable and confident in written and oral communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Be able to work individually and as a unit
